- Orders are processed within 2–3 business days
- Estimated delivery: 4–7 business days (Metro) / 7–10 days (Non-metro).
- We use trusted courier partners; once shipped, delivery time may vary.

Returns & Refunds

Customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return and refund guidelines:

Returns are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect.
To initiate a return, contact support@nutra-dynamics.com within 3 days of delivery, including proof (photo or video).
Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
Once verified, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for opened or used products, or for reasons of personal preference.
